Registration for the Pacific Games Volunteer Program is officially open.
The Organizing Committee of the Pacific Games – Tahiti 2027 has announced the opening of the volunteer registration platform ‘A TI’ATURU. This system allows any adult wishing to take part in the Games largest team to submit their application online.
‘A TI’ATURU : a dedicated volunteer program for the Games
The Tahiti 2027 volunteer program, ‘A TI’ATURU, has been designed to highlight the essential role of volunteers in the success of the Pacific Games.
The proposed missions cover a wide range of areas :
- welcoming delegations and the public,
- supporting competition organization,
- venue logistics,
- assisting sports teams,
- communication,
- supporting media and spectators.
In order to fully experience the Tahiti 2027 Pacific Games and contribute to their organization, volunteers are invited to commit to a period of approximately 14 days. Depending on the assignments and venue needs, these days may be completed consecutively or spread across several dates during the mobilization period scheduled from 5 July to 10 August 2027.
Several benefits await volunteers
The program also includes qualifying training courses, allowing volunteers to develop useful, job-relevant skills. The experience gained through this training and its practical application during the Tahiti 2027 Pacific Games will be a real asset in volunteers professional development.
To ensure that all volunteers can successfully carry out their missions, transport and meals will be covered during the two weeks of competition, allowing them to focus fully on their roles.
